The service

Skin Pulse is a cosmetic assistant operated by Gigzy Ltd, incorporated in Israel. It helps you track how your skin looks, what you changed, and whether a later scan supports that change. It describes cosmetic appearance. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a medical device. For a medical concern, talk to a qualified clinician.

The website explains the product. It does not run scans, take uploads, or sell subscriptions. Those happen in the app and in the store.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16. If the App Store or Google Play requires you to be older in your country, that age applies. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping the sign-in secure.

Subscriptions

The app is free to download. Continued use of the full product is a subscription sold by Apple on iOS and by Google on Android. New subscribers are offered a 3-day trial as described on the store listing, including the scan allowance that listing states. After the trial, the plan renews at the price shown in your store unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm.
• Renewal is charged within the day before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple account or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• If you buy a plan before a trial ends, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.
• The US App Store list prices published for Skin Pulse are $14.99 a month and $149.99 a year. Other countries and Google Play can differ, and the store can change a price at the next period.
• Refunds follow the store’s rules, and any rule that cannot be waived in your country.

Restore a purchase with the same store account you used to buy it. Product identifiers and plan names in the stores are the ones already on sale. This page does not create a new plan.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photographs and notes you submit. You grant Gigzy a limited licence to host, store, and process them only to provide the service, keep your history, and check the quality of a result. The privacy notice describes retention and deletion. You can delete a scan in the app, or email support@gigzy.net.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not:

• break the law, or use the service to harm, threaten, or harass anyone;
• upload malware or attempt to break into the service;
• reverse engineer the app except where the law expressly allows it;
• scrape, resell, or present sample screens from this website as a real person’s result.

Our content

The app, this website, the scanner-face mark, and the text and design of the product belong to Gigzy or its licensors. You may not copy them or build a product on them without written permission. Store names and badges belong to Apple and Google.

No warranty

The website and the app are provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that a scan will be uninterrupted, that a comparison will be error-free, or that a result will match a laboratory measurement. Sample screens on this website are illustrations, not measurements.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Gigzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Skin Pulse in the 12 months before the claim. Gigzy is not responsible for decisions you make from a cosmetic result.

Some places do not allow these limits. Where they do not, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing here removes liability that cannot legally be removed.

Ending access

You can stop using Skin Pulse at any time. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we have to protect the service or other people. Ending access does not by itself refund a store payment.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will post it on this page and change the date. Continuing to use the service after the update means you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using the service and cancel the subscription in the store.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
