Who we are

Skin Pulse is operated by Gigzy Ltd, a company incorporated in Israel. This notice covers the marketing website only.

This website

The website is a product page. It does not offer an account, a photo upload, a scan, a payment, or a mailing list.

• We have not added advertising, analytics, or session-recording scripts.
• We do not set a cookie to remember a language. The site is English only.
• The host that serves the pages may process an IP address, the requested URL, and browser details in order to deliver and protect the site. We do not use that information for advertising.
• Email links open your own mail app. We receive a message only if you send it. Write only what we need to answer you.

The Skin Pulse app

The Skin Pulse app currently in the App Store and Google Play has its own privacy policy, linked from its store listing. That policy, not this page, describes how the current app handles data.

Skin Pulse 2.0 is in development and has not been released. Its processors, data fields, storage location, retention periods and deletion process are not final, so this page makes no promises about them. A complete app privacy policy for 2.0 will be published here and in the store listings before 2.0 is released.

What we can already say about the 2.0 design:

• A photo is taken only when you tap to scan. It is not taken in the background.
• Photos are not used for advertising and are not sold.

Who else sees it

For this website, the hosting provider that serves the pages. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We disclose it when the law requires, or to protect someone’s safety or our rights.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or an objection, and you can withdraw consent. You can complain to a supervisory authority. Email support@gigzy.net. We reply within the time the applicable law allows.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is perfect. If a breach requires notice, we will give it as the law requires.

Changes

If this notice changes in a material way, we will update the date on this page. Store listings are updated separately and may briefly point at an older copy.
